Accounting Officer
We are registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and offer the service of acting as an Accounting Officer to Companies, Close Corporations and Trusts.
Annual Financial Statements
These are required for submission to the revenue authorities (SARS) on an annual basis together with the business's income tax return. This applies equally to Sole Proprietors, Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts. Gautax uses Draftworx for preparing Financials statements for entities according to IFRS for SME's and keep up to date with the latest legislation
Payroll processing
We structure our clients salary packages according to the specific needs of their employees. We prepare payslips for the employees on a monthly basis using the Sage Pastel Payroll and Employment Self Service payroll software. We can also assist with the payments of employees tax, UIF contributions, etc. We prepare IRP5's for all staff on a yearly basis and submit EMP501’s to SARS twice a year.
Monthly Management Reports
As a business owner you are responsible for making decisions in that effect of the business. In order to make meaningful decisions you will need access to certain information. This information could include gross profit percentages, product contributions, cost behaviour and variance analysis (This information is not normally provided by a standard accounting system) We prepare monthly management reports designed specifically for your business that detail all the information required for you to successfully manage your business.
